Our activities Youth centres Golborne Centre Golborne Centre provides a range of activities including, Careers, Education, Information, Advice and Guidance, (CEIAG) during the day-time. In the evening, young people can access the Golborne Centre which offers activities such as: Healthy eating and cooking, T-shirt design and music production to the Buddies Scheme, Yoga and the Access Night for LLDD young people. Our centre is for young people aged 13 - 19 or up to 25 with a lifelong learning difficulty and/or disability (LLDD). The CEIAG service is based at the Centre and provides a range of 1-2-1 support and advice, information and guidance to meet individual needs. Young people can also link to a variety of other projects such as the Teenage Parents (Break 4 U) project which supports teenage parents. In addition, young people can access our Health Room and receive advice, information and guidance about a range of health and wellbeing issues and get direct access to sexual health, art therapy services and referrals to many other health and wellbeing services. Golborne Centre also deliver term time and holiday activities and house the Serious Youth Violence projects, Epic Learning and Supplementary Schools voluntary sector organisations.
