Hours: Casual, as and when required.

Salary: £13.70 per hour

Epic's Watersport & Outdoor Education service is now recruiting kayak coaches to join our unique Watersport & Outdoor Education service which is situated in the heart of London. The service area is a specialist water sports and outdoor education provision for children and young people aged 9-19 and includes two watersports and outdoor education facilities and the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme.

The positions available are for 'sessional work' on an as and when basis to support our varied youth and community-based kayaking programmes. Coaching sessions available will range from term time, evening, weekends and school holidays, so if you are looking for some additional hours in an outdoor education setting this could be for you!

We are looking for kayak coaches that have experience of working with young people and adults in a variety of different settings, and most importantly with the ability to positively engage our service users. With excellent communication skills you will also have the ability to develop positive relationships with young people, as well as effective partnerships with schools, parents and the voluntary and community sector.

Epic CIC is a not-for-profit organisation and we are looking for a self-motivated person with a passion for developing young people and providing excellent customer service. If you feel you have the right skills and experience we'd love to hear from you!
